It is common to delete a video file by accident, for example, your storage device is running out of space and you want to delete some files to free up disk space, but you delete video files which haven't been backed up by mistake. Here are more scenarios that you delete files and need video deleted recovery.
Can I undelete a video? Any of the situation above will bring about video loss issue if there is not updated backup available. What you can do is video deleted recovery. Deleting videos does not mean you are losing files permanently, for there is a good chance of recovering deleted video files. Before we start the recovery process, we'd like to explain a bit why deleted files are recoverable. It is simple to understand if you know how operating system processes files. When a file is stored on hard drive, system saves data entry information and content on different locations. Entry information includes file type, size, name, starting and ending location, etc. If you want to access a file, system will read the entry information first and then find file content. When a file gets deleted, the deletion operation only removes entry and keeps file content untouched. Sectors occupied by deleted files are marked as free so that they can be used to store new data. Therefore, deleted file recovery can be achieved before lost data gets overwritten; if you want to wipe a hard drive or other storage media permanently, you need to erase data with professional tools instead of simply deleting data.
