In addition to the try-before-you-buy experience, we provide a 30-day conditional refund policy. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must meet the conditions outlined below.

Generally, refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

1 The refund request is submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date.

2 The request is based on non-technical reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of need, or personal expectations.

3 The software has been activated, registered, or used to evaluate or perform its intended functions.

4 The purchase was not made directly through our official website. In such cases, the order is subject to the refund policy of the respective reseller.

5 The customer requests a refund after purchasing or choosing to use a similar product from another provider.

6 The issue is caused by factors unrelated to the product, including but not limited to hardware failure, physical damage to storage devices, system environment, improper operation, or other external factors.

7 The purchase was made without the payer's authorization. In such cases, please contact your payment provider directly for assistance.

8 The customer has not contacted our support team or has not allowed a reasonable opportunity for troubleshooting before requesting a refund.

9 The reported issue cannot be sufficiently verified based on the information provided, or the customer refuses to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting steps or declines technical assistance.

10 The request is based on pricing differences, promotions, or discounts after the purchase date, beyond 7 days.

Refund Process

We do not charge any kind of fee for processing refunds.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. In some cases, it may take longer depending on your payment provider.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same statement as the original charge. If you cannot locate the refund, please contact your issuing bank for further details.
